The Federal Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, constitute a Monitoring Authority consisting of the following namely

President, Pakistan Medical Association of Pakistan |

President, Pakistan Society of Gastroenterology |

Surgical Transplant Specialist |

Any other outstanding Medical Specialist whom the Federal Government may nominate |
